I was visiting a friend, getting ready to watch a movie. He poured two steaming cups of tea. As he reached across me to set down my cup, the cup slipped on the saucer and spilled scalding tea on my right thigh. When he retracted his arm, the cup slipped again, spilling the rest of the tea on my left knee and his hand. After a cold shower and ice cubes, we were still in pain. Although I prefer alternative products and treatments, my health food store was closed, so we headed to Walgreens. We asked the pharmacist for a recommendation. Without any hesitation, he walked us down the aisle and pulled your product from the shelf. Back home, we applied the cream to our burns and blisters and, almost immediately, the pain went away! I received another surprise when I read the label: the pharmacist had given us a homeopathic remedy! FirstºDegree has saved me from days of pain and possible scarring on multiple occasions. I love to be in the kitchen and cook for my family, but sometimes burns happen. Once when I was cooking pieces of fish in a fry pan, it splattered scalding olive oil all over my arm. It hurt immediately, but because it splattered I couldn’t yet see where I had been burned. As a Mom and a Home maker, I find myself cooking all the time as I care for my family. Once, while cooking I had a very hot Oil spill on my hand, causing intense pain and burning, leading to a subsequent blister and a scar. I spoke to the Pharmacist at drugstores like CVS and Walgreens hoping to find a solution, but was told there was nothing much to do except apply Neosporin for the infection and Mederma for the scar. I felt that it was God sent for the benefit of every one that does any kind of cooking or dealing with the Hot ovens or grills and experience the minor skin burns. I recommend this product without any reservation for every busy mom, chef, occasional Barbeque cook or Child that experiences accidental minor skin burns, and it should be a staple in every kitchen and first aid kit in America.
